She is excited to continue to participate with the ASCENT Program that she has been a part of since 2012.  She joined the core team again in October, 2017 after working with ODOT HR and Rail & Public Transportation and also enjoyed training in Cultural Competency, Change Framework, and Conflict Resolution. Her passion is partnering with people to be their best selves, live in fulfillment, and empower insight and action towards goals.  She is fortunate to live her purpose daily with the ASCENT program and coaching – Sharing and spreading light through love and joy.

This presentation will share some best practices to consider that work, even in this new virtual – hybrid environment we’ve all come to know.

Susie Ashenfelter, Policy and Program manager with the Oregon Department of Transportation has spent 15 years in State Government, working primarily in continuous improvement. She is a certified lean practitioner, certified change manager, certified project manager and an expert in bringing different perspectives together to reach any objective. Over the years she has practice leading conferences, workshops, training events, work planning sessions, project teams, leadership teams and has spent years building up techniques and tools that work!
